These Terms and Conditions, together with our privacy statement and cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and La Madriguera Rural in relation to your use of this website.
21. Updating of these Terms and conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions is the latest revision date. We will give you a written notice of any changes or updates, and the revised Terms and Conditions will become effective from the date that we give you such a notice. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of your acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 22. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other authority to be invalid and/or unenforceable under applicable law, such part or provision will be modified, deleted and/or enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions. The other provisions will not be affected.

24. Reservations and Payments
24.1 Deposit Requirement
Guests must make a reservation deposit equal to 30% of the total price.
24.2 Payment Policy
The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
24.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the check-in date.
- For cancellations within 30 days of the check-in date, the following deductions apply:
- 20% of the total for cancellations during the first week after the 30-day window.
- Gradual increases up to 95% of the total as the check-in date approaches. (This porcentage is for the reservation deposit)
25. Cancellation Policy
25.1 No Penalty Period
Guests may cancel without penalty up to 30 days before their arrival.
25.2 Cancellations Within 30 Days
- Cancellations after the 30-day period will result in deductions based on the timeline provided in Section 24.3.
26. Check-in and Check-out
26.1 Check-in Time
Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. If the property is occupied, guests may need to wait.
26.2 Check-out Time
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
26.3 Early Check-in or Late Check-out
- Early check-ins are allowed only if the property is unoccupied.
- Late check-outs will incur a penalty of €40 per hour.
27. House Rules
27.1 Restrictions
Guests must respect the following:
- No excessive noise, especially during quiet hours (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
27.2 Damage and Cleaning Fees
A security deposit of 250€ is required. This deposit may be used to cover damages or excessive cleaning.
28. Use of Facilities
28.1 Included Amenities
Access to all facilities, including the pool, chill-out area, and bicycles, is included in the rental price.
28.2 Liability for Accidents
La Madriguera Rural is not responsible for any accidents caused by guests. Guests are fully liable for damages or injuries resulting from their actions.
29. Safety and Responsibility
29.1 Accidents and Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for personal accidents or loss/damage to guests’ belongings. Guests must ensure the safety of their valuables.
30. Additional Services
30.1 External Services
Services such as cleaning, laundry, or transportation are managed through external providers and are subject to availability.
30.2 Additional Costs
These services may incur additional charges.
31. Jurisdiction
31.1 Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes will be governed by the laws of Spain. The jurisdiction for any legal matters will be determined by the region in which La Madriguera Rural operates.
